Chief Executive Officer & Founder
Shelley Dull is the founder and CEO of Birdie Mobility, bringing over two decades of experience across telecom, enterprise technology, and B2B sales. Her career spans leadership roles at Sprint, Datatrend Technologies, Tangoe, and Propel GPS — giving her a uniquely broad view of the wireless and IoT landscape.
Most recently, Shelley led revenue strategy and sales execution at Propeliot (Propel GPS), a next-gen platform merging AI with IoT technology for real-time visibility and predictive intelligence. Prior to that, she served as Global Alliance Account Executive at Tangoe and Global Client Director at Datatrend Technologies, where she worked with enterprise-level customers on data centers, cloud environments, and wireless solutions.
With six years in National Sales at Sprint Business working with C-level executives, and a background as President of Vanguard Appraisal Group, Shelley brings a rare combination of carrier-side expertise, enterprise sales acumen, and entrepreneurial leadership to Birdie Mobility.
